When will my order arrive?
Products are generally shipped from our international warehouses. We cut out the middleman to offer you the best prices. Orders typically take 1 to 3 weeks (US) once dispatched, though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Please allow this time before contacting us.
Shipping time depends on customs processing, which can vary by country:
- Europe: 2-4 weeks
- International: 3-4 weeks
We offer a Money Back Guarantee if your item does not arrive within 35 business days from dispatch.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email—please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case it lands there. If you cannot find the email, contact us at info@hoopsessentials.com, and we’ll provide real-time updates.
My item arrived broken or damaged. What can I do?
If your product is damaged, please take photos and send them to info@hoopsessentials.com. We are not responsible for damage to packaging, but we ensure that the product itself is well-protected before shipping.
I ordered multiple items, but only received one. Why?
When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This means you may receive some items before others—but rest assured, they are on their way!
I need to cancel or change my order. How do I do this?
If you need to modify your order, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to accommodate changes, provided your order has not yet been shipped. If it has already been dispatched, we cannot modify it, but you are welcome to return it.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Please do not worry—your order is on its way. If it has been more than 4 weeks since dispatch, contact us and we will investigate. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will resend your order if necessary.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update your delivery address—please contact us ASAP. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, we cannot make changes.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?
Check your SPAM/Junk folder first. If you still can't find it, let us know and we will resend it.
Why was I charged more than the advertised price?
All payments are processed in USD. While you may see prices in your local currency, the final charge at checkout is in USD. Any additional fees (such as currency conversion or import duties) are charged by your bank or customs, not by us.
I don’t have a tracking number. When will I get it?
Your tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you don’t see it, email us at info@hoopsessentials.com for an update. Please allow 1-3 days for tracking to be updated by the carrier.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. If your card is declined, contact us and we will assist you.
